Lincs Brand produce is grown on the fertile soils of South Lincolnshire, under the strict guidelines of the Assured Produce Scheme to the very highest standards of food hygiene.
In addition to varieties such as Escaiole, Frisee, Cos, Little Gem, Lollo Rossa & Bionda, Red Oak Leaf, Radicchio and Coarse Endive, the range also includes a number of baby leaves and herbs including spinach, red chard, wild rocket, baby red leaf, lambs lettuce, coriander, flat leaf parsley and sweet basil.
Lincs Brand salads are harvested, hydrocooled and kept in cold storage until collection or delivery which always takes place within 24 hours.
They are supplied naked in plastic returnable crated for the prepared salads, processing and sandwich industries, or in various pack forms for the catering supply market.
